About Clean Law

Clean Law is an Australian civil litigation practice.

We act strictly within existing Australian law, professional obligations, and judicial discretion. Our work focuses on dispute resolution, cost oversight, and client-side legal services within the limits permitted by law.

Clean Law operates independently.

We do not accept referral fees, commissions, or shared profits with other law firms or lawyers. We do not form panels, alliances, or financial partnerships with courtroom practices. Clients retain and instruct their courtroom lawyers directly.

All legal services are provided by Legal Liaison Ltd (ACN 678 720 986 | ABN 54 678 720 986), trading as Clean Law. Legal Liaison Ltd is solely responsible for those services. Clean Law operates under licence from B&W Trust, which does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

Our practice is deliberately structured so that:

• professional duties remain paramount

• client authority over cost and timing remains intact

• regulatory obligations remain transparent and auditable

• roles between settlement and courtroom advocacy remain distinct

Clean Law’s paramount duty is to the court and to the proper administration of justice. Within that framework, we act in the interests of our clients in accordance with professional standards.
